2002-04-15 - 11:32 p.m. there's an article over at readymade about David Berman of the Silver Jews. I wonder why my college advisor in high school (did I even have one?) didn't tell me about St.John's College, where Berman was chosen over Stephen Jay Gould and David Foster Wallace to be the commencement speaker. Instead my school got some guy who was the former CEO of Fox network. I didn't go. speaking of Fox, does anyone have a tape of the Glutton Bowl they can lend me? �
